SHRIMP & PASTA 
1/3 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1 lb. raw cleaned shrimp
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley or 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
8 oz. pkg. linguini

Clean raw shrimp. In a large deep skillet or wok heat oil, garlic and dried basil. Add shrimp and over medium heat cook above until shrimp are pink. This only takes a few minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice over the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.

If using the dried parsley add it to the oil, garlic and basil while they cook. If using the fresh parsley, add it to the finished dish. Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and add to the shrimp. Serve immediately.
