HELEN'S CHILI 
2 1/2 lbs. chopped meat
3 lg. cans tomatoes (Italian)
3 cans kidney beans (Progresso)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 can chili powder
2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. olive oil
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
4 lg. onions (chopped)
Salt and pepper

Brown meat, garlic and onions. Remove all grease (important). Add tomatoes (put in blender first). Add kidney beans with juice. Add all ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer uncovered for about 2 1/2 hours. Serve with saltine crackers. (Taste chili. Add more Tabasco sauce for hotter chili.)
