SAUSAGE BREAKFAST DISH 
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices day old bread
Grated Cheddar cheese

Brown and drain sausage; cube bread. Beat egg good. Add milk and mustard. Add sausage and bread. Pour into buttered dish. Top with cheese. Set overnight in refrigerator. Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees, 9x9 pan.
