REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
1 gal. sliced cucumbers
2 lg. onions
1 qt. white vinegar
3 c. white sugar
1/4 c. or less canning salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric

Mix cucumbers and onions in a mixing bowl.

Heat vinegar, sugar and spices to boiling. Let simmer 5 minutes. Pour liquid mixture over cucumbers. When cool pack in jars. Pour liquid over pickles. Set in refrigerator for seven days then they will be ready. Will keep for months.
