RHUBARB SALAD 
6 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry-banana Jello
2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Put rhubarb, sugar and water in kettle and cook until rhubarb is tender. Then put in blender and pulverize. Reheat and pour over Jello. Cool until partially set, then fold in whipped Dream Whip and vanilla.
