LOW CAL POTATO CHIPS 
1 (5 oz.) potato
Lite salt
Molly McButter sprinkles (sour cream or cheese)

Spray microwave safe plate with Pam. Slice potato thinly and place single layer on plate. Spray with Pam. Sprinkle a thin layer of lite salt and Molly McButter of your choice. Microwave on high about 8 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
