MAMAW HELEN'S GILBETS GRAVY 
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. dressing
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Giblets from hen or turkey

Put broth into pot, turn heat on low. Mix flour and water together well in small bowl gradually add to broth, stirring constantly. Cook until desired thickness. (You may add more water to make thin or more water and flour to make thick.) Add eggs, dressing and pepper.
