2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Melt butter, add meat and brown. Add spices. Add tomato sauce. Cover and cook 20 minutes. 6 green onions 1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Chop onions and mix with cheeses and sour cream. Put 1/3 of noodles in casserole then layer meat, layer cheese again and top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
