SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage, browned & drained on paper towels
1 onion, chopped and sauteed
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushrooms
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild long rice, cooked according to pkg.

Mix all together. Bake until bubbly. Freezes well.
