CORN & PEPPER PUDDING 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper (or pimento)
2 cans (17 oz.) size cream style corn
2 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine butter, green pepper and red pepper (or pimento) in shallow 1 1/2 quart round or oval microwave proof dish. Place in microwave, cook at power level 90 for 2 minutes at pause stir in remaining ingredients; blend well. Set power level at 70 and cook 9 minutes, at pause stir. Do not cover. Set power level at 70 and cook 8 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
