BARBECUE SAUCE 
3/4 c. tomato catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients and simmer until thick. Baste meat while broiling, braising or barbecuing.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.
