ROTINA MACARONI SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) Rotina macaroni
5 med. carrots
1 med. pepper
1 onion (chopped)
4 slices cheese cut into small sections
3/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Cook macaroni in 8 cups water and 3 tbsp. salt. Drain and blanch with cold water. Slice the carrots and cook until soft. Blanch them. Place the macaroni, carrots, pepper, chopped onion and cheese strips into bowl. Mix together oil, sugar and vinegar. Pour over the macaroni mixture. Mix. Let stand overnight to marinate.
