HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) dried beef, finely cut
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Blend cheese with milk. Add remaining ingredients, except pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with pecans. Use 8 inch pie pan, which has been lightly buttered. Serve hot with crackers.
