EASY CHEESY CHILI 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
4 oz. cheese, cubed
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 drops hot pepper sauce

Combine onion and peppers in butter until soft. Stir in kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, corn, cheese and seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes.
