HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
2 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) chickens, cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and mix well. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely browned. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
