CRANBERRY TEA LOAF 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients 15 seconds with egg, juice and melted butter. Add all other and mix 15 seconds more. Turn into greased loaf pan and bake one hour.
