HOT BEAN DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
1 c. sour cream
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream. Mix in refried beans and taco seasoning. Fold in 1/2 cheddar cheese and 1/2 monterey jack cheese. Transfer mixture to an 8 x 12 backing dish. Top with remaining cheeses.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is slightly brown. Serve with Tortilla chips.
