ZIPPY CHICKEN STRIPS | |
3 lb. boneless chicken breast halves 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 3/4 tsp. salt 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 3 c. vegetable oil Cut chicken into 3 x 1 inch strips. Place in shallow dish. Combine next 3 ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover dish and marinate 30 minutes. Combine flour, pepper, salt, and paprika. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture; fry in hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown. |
