APRICOT CHICKEN 
12 chicken breasts (parboiled for 15 minutes)
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian or creamy French dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)

Mix apricot jam, Russian or French dressing and soup mix thoroughly. Pour 1/3 of mixture into greased 9x13 inch pan. Place chicken breasts in pan and cover with rest of sauce mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves 6.
