APRICOT CHICKEN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 sm. bottle red Russian salad dressing
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam or preserves
1 pkg. dry onion soup (Lipton)

Mix dressing, dry soup and apricot jam in bowl. Lay chicken in baking pan and pour mixture over it. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour so minutes. Tastes like sweet barbecue.
