LAYERED SALAD 
Head of lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. crumbled fried bacon, or Bacos
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

DRESSING:

1/3 c. sugar (or 6 Equal packets)
2/3 c. mayonnaise (can use Lite mayonnaise)
1 c. sour cream (can use low fat sour cream)
3 tsp. vinegar

In a 13"x9" pan layer 1/2 head of lettuce, all the celery, all the onion. Gently layer on the dressing. Sprinkle on Parmesan and bacon. May decorate with tomatoes, etc.
