SUGAR FREE FRUIT BARS 
1 c. dates, cut up
1 c. prunes, cut up
1 c. raisins
2 c. water
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon

Let dates, prunes, raisins, and water come to a boil. Cool. Add butter and stir. Mix flour, salt, soda, vanilla, and eggs thoroughly. Add cooked fruit. Mix. Pour into jelly roll pan. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
