SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sea scallops or bay scallops
Seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
Pinch of onion salt

Grease casserole dish with butter. Roll scallops in seasoned bread crumbs. Put in casserole dish. Add onion salt. Pour melted butter over top. Put in microwave on HIGH, uncovered for 8-10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
