SCALLOP CASSEROLE | |
1 stick butter 1 lb. scallops 1 stack Ritz crackers Optional: Parsley, wine Melt butter in pan on low flame. Take stack of Ritz crackers and put in a big plastic bag then crush. Take casserole dish and empty bag into it. Slowly add melted butter and stir in at same time. Drop in scallops, a few at a time and fold in. (No need to layer or actually coat each scallop.) Bake in oven, 350 degrees, for 15-20 minutes. Serve with lemon slices. |
