TUNA LOG 
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash hot sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. crushed pecans

Mix until spreading consistency. Roll into shape of log. Then spread crushed pecans on wax paper. Roll tuna log to coat well in pecans. Chill until firm.
