WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. pineapple
1 lb. cherries
1 lb. pecans
1 lb. Brazil nuts
2 lb. white raisins
1 lb. English walnuts
1/2 lb. citron
2 grated coconuts
3 sticks butter
1 lb. sugar
10 eggs
1 lb. flour

Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Mix flour with fruit and add nuts. Bake at 200 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
