EGG CASSEROLE 
3 c. toasted bread, cubed
2 c. sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
4-6 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Put toasted bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Brown sausage or bacon; drain. Chop ham. Sprinkle cheese on cubes and put on meat. Beat eggs, mustard and milk and pour over top. It may be refrigerated overnight or baked immediately.

If refrigerated, bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. If baked immediately, bake about 45 minutes.
