BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 boxes chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
3 ribs celery, chopped
3 green onions
1 roll garlic cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic salt
Soft bread crumbs for topping

Cook broccoli according to directions and drain well. Melt butter and saute celery and onions. Add cheese to soup and heat to melt. Combine with vegetables. Add garlic salt. Put in casserole and top with crumbs. Heat until crumbs are light brown.
