STIR - FRY WITH SNOW PEAS 
1 lb. lean beef
1 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 lb. snow peas
1/2 c. bamboo shoots
1 chopped scallion or regular onion
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
Cauliflower, broccoli, celery, carrots, mushrooms, pepper (red or green)

MARINADE FOR BEEF:

1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. peanut oil

Cut up meat bite size (1/8-inch thick) and combine with marinade and mix well. Let stand approximately 1/2 to 1 hour (push up side of wok). Then heat oil in wok when good and hot; add meat and stir-fry approximately 3 minutes, then add snow peas, bamboo shoots, scallion, soy sauce, sherry, and salt. Stir fry about 2 minutes.

(You may also add small amounts of garlic salt or nature seasoning (Morton's) to add to your taste.) Push meat up side of wok; now add vegetables and Tofu (Chinese cheese).
