1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar diced beef, cut fine
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Soften cream cheese and blend with milk. Mix other ingredients with this, except nuts. Pat into 8 inch pyrex pie plate. Spread nuts over top. Serve hot with crackers or potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
