HOT ARTICHOKE APPETIZER 
2 cans quartered artichoke hearts (not the marinated type)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions

Mix hearts, mayo and cheese and put in baking dish. Top with onions. Bake at 350 degrees until light browned on top. Serve with buttery crackers.
