8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, cut fine
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Soften cream cheese and blend with milk. Mix other ingredients with this, except nuts. Put into 8 inch pie plate. Spread 1/4 cup chopped nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
