HONEY CAKES 
1/2 c. toasted sesame seed
1 1/2 c. white or whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. salad oil

(Liked best mixed 1 cup water, 1/2 cup whole wheat.)

Toast the sesame seeds in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients and spread in an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into squares and cool on a wire rack. Serves about 20, depending on size of squares.
