TEXAS BRUNCH 
32 ounce frozen hash brown potatoes, thaw and drain. Place in 8 x 12 inch pan. Brush with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Layer over above: 1 c. grated Swiss cheese 1 c. chopped ham

Blend and add: 1 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

1. Place thawed and drained potatoes in 8 x 12 inch pan.

2. Brush generously with butter.

3. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

4. Layer cheeses and ham over potatoes.

5. Blend eggs, milk and Lawry's; pour over.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set in center.

7. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving. This reheats in microwave very well, especially in serving sized pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
