JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick soft butter
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle top with coconut.

Bake at 300°F for 40 min.
