2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
8-10 (7 oz.) plastic cups
Miniature umbrella
1 pkg. (4 servings) Jello instant pudding (vanilla)
1 pkg. crushed vanilla wafers
Gummy seashells, sharks

Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with whisk until blended. Stir in whipped topping and 1/2 of the crushed cookies. Place 1 tablespoon of crushed cookies into the cups. Fill cups with 3/4 full with pudding mixture and top with cookies. Decorate.
