CHOCOLATE COCONUT CRUNCHERS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus German chocolate cake mix
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. crushed corn flakes or other cereal flakes
1 c. rolled oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg. or 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 to 2 tbsp. sugar

Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter and eggs; mix well. Add coconut, walnuts, corn flakes, rolled oats and chocolate chips; mix well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet.

Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
