SUGAR FREE IRISH SODA BREAD 
3 c. flour
10 packets Equal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. caraway seeds

In large mixing bowl combine first 7 ingredients with fork. Add buttermilk and mix with an electric mixer for 5 minutes at high speed. With a spoon add raisins and caraway seeds. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
