PICANTE SAUCE 
22 tomatoes, unpeeled
11 hot peppers
3 lg. onions
2 med. bell peppers
1/4 c. canning salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Puree tomatoes, onions and peppers. Add other ingredients and cook until thick. Usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. Stir occasionally. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. May be hot water bath for 10 minutes.
