BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 med. sirloin or round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream (add 2 tbsp. vinegar to it)
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 can tomato soup
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste

Season cubed meat (1 or 2 inch cubes) with salt and pepper and brown very slowly until dark. Add onion and bell peppers and cook until tender. Add soups, can cream, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and cover. Simmer slowly 45 minutes to 1 hour.
