SWEET POTATO SALAD 
3 cans sweet jams
1 stick butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Heat jams in their juice. Melt the stick of butter; drain the jams, saving the juice. Mash jams with the butter, sugar, and enough juice to form a smooth mixture. Pour it into a clear mold, pressing down in a compact shape. Cover with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until it is melted and brown.
