TURKEY SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. reduced-calorie, reduced sodium catsup
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
8 hamburger buns, toasted

In large skillet, over medium heat, saute ground turkey, onion and green pepper 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Add catsup, relish, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and celery seeds. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes.

To serve, spoon turkey mixture over bottom halves of buns. Place top halves of buns over turkey mixture. Serves eight. (Each serving has about 294 calories and 8 grams of fat.)
