1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add miniature marshmallows. When mixture has cooled, add cottage cheese, nuts and crushed pineapple. When mixture has thickened, fold in Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
