RICE AND GROUND BEEF DELIGHT | |
1/2 lb. ground beef or pork 1/2 lb. chopped giblets 1/2 c. diced bell pepper 1/2 c. diced celery 2 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. chopped green onions and parsley 1 (7.9 oz.) pkg. Oak Grove Smoke House Creole Jambalaya Mix Brown meat and saute vegetables. Drain excess grease. Combine meat and vegetables, jambalaya mix and water in a 2 quart saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Stir. Reduce heat and simmer without stirring 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 4-6. |
