1 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
2 tbsp. pimento

Mix above and put in long baking pan. Place 6 or 8 chicken breasts on top of rice mix. Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 minutes more.
