RICE - CHICK DELIGHT 
3 chicken breasts
3 c. rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. potato chips, crushed (optional)

Boil and bone chicken. Saute celery and onion on low heat. Set aside. Prepare rice. Combine all ingredients in baking dish and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Garnish with crushed potato chips if desired.
