1/4 c. oil
Choice of meat (sirloin, 4 chicken breasts or pork chops)
4 med. potatoes
1-2 med. onions
Salt & pepper

In electric skillet brown choice of meat in oil, don't overcook. Add chunked potatoes and quartered onions.

Season generously with salt and pepper. Cover with water. Bake at 350 degrees, covered until water is cooked off. Check to see if meat is tender, if not add more water and cook a bit longer. Cooking time is approximately 45 minutes. Serves 4. Very easy and very good!
