HERBED CHICKEN STRIPS 
Use corn flake crumbs or plain bread crumbs.

Melt 1/4 cup butter. Add to crumbs: 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cut chicken breasts into strips and mix into bread crumb mixture. Add butter drizzled over all strips and put in oven, 300 degrees, for about 15-20 minutes turning the strips often. It's fast and easy - children love it because it's like McDonald's Chicken Nuggets!
