DINNER IN A SKILLET 
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. onion
1 (No. 1) can tomatoes
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
5 to 6 green pepper rings

Brown chops, salt; add onion, green pepper and tomatoes. Stir in rice. Cover, simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Serve with green salad, hot roll and fruit.
