HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground lean pork
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. milk

Press mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Puncture top of ham mixture with fork tines.

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar

Pour over meat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

OPTIONAL TOPPING:

1 pkg. Dream Whip, mixed as directed
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish (to taste)

Serve squares of the Ham Loaf and place the container of the topping by the platter.
